Canadian mattress retailer to acquire Sleep Number for over $700M

Sleep Country had already agreed to buy the U.S. mattress maker and retailer ahead of its bankruptcy last month. Sleep Country, the largest mattress retailer in Canada, will acquire U.S. mattress retailer Sleep Number for $702 million, including nearly $530 million in cash.
