Children’s clothing brand Carter’s is announcing a rebrand as it tries to keep up with the modern parent and its core customer base.
The overall company has struggled over the past few years as it faces elevated product costs and tariffs, with its stock sinking more than 50% over the past three years.
CEO Sharon Price John told CNBC the Carter’s brand has to evolve to stay relevant.
